Which ghost influenced Scrooge the most?
In the book "A Christmas Carol", I think that the third ghost, the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come, influenced Scrooge the most by what it showed him. I think this way because it was the one that Scrooge feared the most. I think that in order to change a person's way of thinking, making them like you won't do much. Making them afraid of you though, would make a bigger difference. In my opinion, I think that if it were me, I would pay more attention to a person if I'm afraid of them instead of listening to someone that I think is happy all the time or someone that I like. The first two Spirits were more friendly-looking and weren't as mysterious as the third one. When I'm with a person that's friendly-looking, I wouldn't believe that they would hurt me or do any harm to me, so I wouldn't be paying as much attention as I would with the person that scares me. Even though I think that the third ghost made the most influence, but I believe that actually all the ghosts, not including Marley though, influenced him bit by bit with every scene that they show to him.
