Absent From Home

If a person leaves home from many years and I think that they'd feel really nervous and scared, yet excited about coming back home. They'd be nervous and scared because they don't know how much their home has changed and whether people still remember them or not, or whether they are welcomed or not. It's like a huge mystery about what will happen later on. And they would be excited, since "there is no place like home" and "home, sweet home" are true statements. Home is the best place to be at, and when one leaves it for a long time, when they come home, they'd be excited to see the things that they were familiar with and see what differences has been made. Some people might resist to go back home because there always are those bad reasons that people left home and they resist to go back because they are afraid to face the consequences that they have done, just like some criminals. They've acted against the laws, and when the government punishes them, they would then resist to come back home. But I think that most people's reaction would be nervous and scared or excited.
